REFUNDS RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns for change of mind. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at bullzntreatz@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

LOCAL DELIVERY
During checkout, enter your address and choose the local delivery option. Local delivery is available for addresses within 9km of our Gwandalan. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. We will make contact to confirm a delivery day and leave in a safe place if requested. We endeavor to have all deliveries to our customers with 3 business day unless negotiated otherwise.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days using Australia Post. Shipping fee's calculated on weight applies to orders shipping to locations outside of the 9km Radias of Gwandalan arranged otherwise such as pick up at an event. We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
